Since 1984, Time and Money Consulting, Inc. has supplied contract
consulting services to companies like Georgia Power, Southern Company, General Motors,
Gold Kist and others. Based in Atlanta, we specialize in rapid application
development using Microsoft products, Internet technologies, object-oriented techniques,
4GLs and other high-level tools and techniques. We have developed scores of online
mainframe systems, multi-user LAN systems, client/server and
Internet/Intranet apps using Microsoft.Net, Microsoft Office, ASP, XML, JavaScript, Cold Fusion, Microsoft Frontpage, Microsoft Access,

How to Get Started
The initial meeting with first-time clients and the initial meeting to discuss any
major project is free of charge. We will help you determine your requirements, including
the appropriate level of consultant needed. We can begin work when a Work Order is issued
and accepted. The Work Order typically includes:
 | the tasks or services to be performed,

| the number of personnel and skill levels required,
|
| the desired start date and term, rates and reimbursable expenses as agreed upon by both
parties. |
The Spirit of Our Agreements
We will supply skilled, experienced professionals who will strive to achieve the
Client's objectives as defined in Work Orders approved by both parties. We can furnish an
industry-standard Agreement for Services, or if your company already has such an
agreement, we will be glad to use it as a model contract.
Billing
Services are usually provided on a time and materials basis, billed biweekly at the
rates in effect at the time the services are rendered.
